Throughout his career, he has combined legal practice with in-house counsel roles in both Italian and multinational companies. In parallel, he launched an entrepreneurial venture in the digital sector.
He serves as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), is the author of numerous legal publications, and is listed among the trusted attorneys of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland.

He is active within CNA Milano, where he has also spoken as a guest lecturer on digital law topics in sessions dedicated to SMEs.

Grazie all’esperienza maturata come avvocato presso uno storico studio legale milanese di diritto industriale ha imparato a relazionarsi con le imprese, a comprenderne rapidamente le esigenze e a offrire le soluzioni migliori ai problemi che gli vengono posti.
Da sempre interessato alle potenzialità del mondo digitale si tiene aggiornato sulle ultime novità in materia di nuove tecnologie informatiche e Internet.
È attivo in CNA Milano dove è anche intervenuto come relatore su temi di diritto digitale in occasione di approfondimenti dedicati alle PMI.

Durante il suo percorso professionale ha abbinato l’esperienza di studio come avvocato a quella in realtà societarie italiane e multinazionali come “in house” legal counsel. Parallelamente ha avviato un’attività imprenditoriale nel settore digitale.
Svolge la funzione di DPO, è autore di numerose pubblicazioni in campo giuridico e figura nell’elenco dei legali fiduciari del Consolato Generale della Repubblica di Polonia.
